Courses and Class examples

Classes: a 2-evening/day event with focus on class topic which includes information about production methods, quality standards (law), history and current trends. A comprehensive wine tasting and snacks served to complement wines. duration 2 x 2 hours with 6-8 wines, participant will receive a certificate of completion.

  • Regional Wines of i.e. France, Italy, United States and Canada, Germany and Austria, South America and South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Iberian Peninsula, Hungary, Greece and the Balkan's

Courses: 2-4 continued 2 hour classes focusing on a variety of wine-related subjects, includes in depth educational instructions and comprehensive tastings. Spread over 2-4 weeks culminating with a "Passport" certificate.
