Learn to built your own custom Charcuterie board. This work shop will answer all questions you ever had about Charcuterie, from selecting foods, organizing, portion size, cutting, slicing, folding, building, and decorating. Walk away with suggestions about the perfect meats, cheeses, and other accouterments to use and incorporate into your always new and always personal and custom Charcuterie board.

Annemarie Humm will lead you through your creation, helping you design your board which will feed 2-3 people . Once finished, you get to take your board home to share and enjoy. Bring your own board, or a small board, small tray or flat plate

All materials, a snack, and a beverage are included, however seating is limited, please sign up early.

Workshop Fee: $55 per person, includes materials, refreshments, and handout.
