Tour price: The Tour price is based on a minimum of 8 participants. Vines to Wine Tours (V2W Tours)  reserves the right to cancel any tour if the minimum number of participants is not reached. All deposits on cancelled tours will be returned in full.

Physical condition: Due to limited access for motor coaches and vans to old town centers, some amount of walking is required to take in all of the old-world charm and sights on our tours.

Driver/Tour escort: As a rule, V2W Tours  provides both a driver and a tour escort. However, at our sole discretion, we may have the driver double as tour escort.

Restrooms: Frequent sightseeing and rest stops will be made in order to allow for a comfortable travel experience.

Single rooms: We wave the single supplement fee for single travelers as long as there are single rooms available at the hotel. Single rooms are limited in European hotels and sell out quickly. We recommend to book early in order to avoid the extra charge for a double room used by a single guest. The up-charge for this will be determined by the hotel. We do not charge a single supplement unless we have to, in order to cover the hotel charges.

Tour contract: Upon full payment of the tour price by the participant, Vines to Wine Tours, 410 Hidden Lakes Lane, Waterloo, SC 29384; 704-236-8759 phone, info@vinestowineacademy.com ;  herein after referred to as the ‘Tour Escort”, agrees to provides the service specified in this brochure, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations contained in this contract. The participant agrees that if there are any corrections or changes, the corrected information will prevail.

Included: Please consult the “Included Features” and the final itinerary for each tour.

Not included: Charges for passports, inoculations, tests and test reports, beverages & meals (unless when expressly specified), travel insurance, telephone calls and surcharges, any items of personal nature, or any other items or services which has not been expressly specified in the final brochure.

Reservations: The Tour Escort requires a signed Reservation Application and deposit for each person in your party within one week from the date you make your reservation. Sign up on our website or mail your signed Reservation Application and a deposit of  $1,000.00 per person

Final payment: The tour Escort must receive final payment at least 90 days prior to departure. Notes (1) The Tour Escort will not release the trip documents for any person for whom it has not received a signed Reservation form and payment in full. (2) To expedite final payment and release documents, the Tour Escort recommends the use of credit card payment online, bank check, cashier’s check, or money order. (3) Within 90 days of departure, the Tour Escort reserves the right to cancel a reservation for which it has not received final payment, or for which it receives a check that is returned to the Tour Escort for non –sufficient funds.

Cancellation: You must mail a written notification of cancellation to the Tour Escort. Using the date such notification is received by the Tour Escort, the following refund policy will apply: More than 90 days prior to scheduled departure date, all but $ 250.00 per person will be refunded. From 60 days to 40 days prior to scheduled departure date, half the tour price will be refunded. From 40 days, no refund for unused portion of the tour will be issued. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover a possible loss. Currently, due to recent Covid19 issues, we will reschedule a tour in the case that Covid19 related travel restrictions and entry restrictions are issued by host and/or departure country.

Cancellation by the Tour Escort:  The Tour Escort reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time for any reason, and its liability shall be limited to a refund in full of only those monies it has received from or on behalf of the participants.

Responsibility of the Tour Escort:  The Tour Escort shall be responsible for supplying the services and accommodations offered in the brochure as they relate to the land portion of the tour. If such services and accommodations cannot be supplied due to causes beyond its control, there shall be no responsibility or liability. In this event the Tour Escort will use its best efforts to supply comparable services and accommodations, and all travel arrangements may be subject to alteration and cancellation at any time with or without prior notice for any reasonable cause. The participants will not consider such alterations cause for cancellation, and usual penalties will apply. Nor shall the Tour Escort be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, governmental restrictions or regulations, or from any act or omission of any individual, firm, or corporation furnishing sightseeing, hotel accommodations, or any other service in connection therewith, nor for additional cost or expense due to disruption of advertised schedules, rates, or service, or for any other cause beyond its control. The Tour Escort reserves the right to decline to accept, or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time prior to departure, or in the course of the tour, should such participant’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity, or general deportment impede, in the Tour Escort’s judgment, the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other tour participants. The acceptance by the participant of any travel plan or other service shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of these limitations of liability and responsibility. No representative, employee, or agent of the Tour Escort is authorized to modify, waive, or in any way change the terms of this contract.

The participant allows the Tour Escort to use any pictures taken during the Tour in advertisement and promotional materials unless notified in writing that consent is not given.
